Madan is the Chief People Officer at Blink Health, which is pioneering ecommerce savings and convenience for prescription purchases. Before Blink, Madan served as chief People Officer at Compass and Outcome Health. He spent 6 years running HR for Facebook’s Asia Pacific Offices and for Facebook NYC, as well as serving as director of HR at Amazon during a period of exponential growth. Madan is a frequent speaker and thought leader on HR topics and has a Master’s Degree in Personnel Management from the London School of Economics.
